She was predeceased by: her parents, Sturgell Kuhn and Shirley Kuhn; and her husband Bill Cornelia. She is survived by: her friends, Janet, Eddie Snyder and Gina; her sons, Scott (Gina) and Dominic Sperrazza; her sister Lisa Hope (Charles); her grandsons, Bryce and Garrett Sperrazza; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren and Greg Hope (Lauren).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gina's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
