He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Keith Heltsley and Eleanor Alice Loyd Scavo; and his sister Deborah Kaye. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Broughton Heltsley of Shelbyville; his son Timothy Wolf (Judy) of Frankfort; his sister Janice Heltsley of Russellville; and his close friend Buddy Irvin. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; his four great-grandchildren; and his two great-great-grandchildren.
