He is survived by: his brother-in-law Matt; his mother Kathy Shingleton (Ed Ross); his daughters, Ashley Flener and Lindsey Shingleton; his grandchildren, Wyatt Flener and Brooklyn Henry; his siblings, Darlene Booth (Matt) and Michael Shingleton (Anna); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Booth (Rullia), Noah Booth, Gabriel Shingleton, Caleb Shingleton, Nancy Booth (Ray) and Danielle; his great-nieces, Carrie and Delilah; and his great-nephew Jeremiah. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
