She was predeceased by: her father Ben Thomas Farris, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Jane Farris of Shelbyville; her children, Dominec Ontario Farris of Shelbyville, Summer Primer (William) of Shelbyville, Lynn Anderson (Lamont) of Louisville and Quailica Farris of Louisville; her siblings, Theresa Wright (Jimmy) of Shelbyville, Ben Farris, Jr. (Sherry) of New Castle and Stephanie Williams (Gardiner) of Shelbyville; and her close friend Michael Lewis of Shelbyville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to the funeral home to assist with the expenses.
