He is survived by: his children, David "Allen" Leake (Lisa) of Mt. Eden, Traci Cross (Kyle) of Eminence and Dennis Leake (Tricia) of Lyndon; and his siblings, Joe Leake of Lebanon, Bill Leake of Bardstown, Sarah Greenwell of Lebanon, Aline Leake of Lebanon and Theresa Ballinger of Lebanon.
