She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Wilson and Mary Eliza Shouse; her sons, Samuel Field Newton and John William "Piggy" Wilson of Shelbyville; and her siblings, John William Shouse, Sr., Leo Pete Shouse, Clearthur Shouse, Burman Shouse, Jessie Shouse, Jr. and Mary Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Commodore of Louisville, Orlando Wilson, Sr. of Louisville, Charles Lee Wilson (Linda) of Crestwood and Pearle Tinsley of Shelbyville; and her sisters, Ole Belle Marshall of Shelbyville and Willie Mae Shouse of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
