She was predeceased by: her father Vechel "Buddy" Hayden, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Amber Marie Hayden of Louisville; her mother Melvena Marie Clan Hayden of Lebanon; her siblings, Karen Hayden Thomas (Timmy) of Culvertown, Joseph "Butch" Hayden of Modesto, Cliff Peek of Lebanon and Jerry Peek (Deeann) of Bardstown; and her close friend Carol Thompson of Saint Joe.
