She is survived by: her husband George L. Tapp; her children, Gary Tapp (Beverly), George Douglas Tapp (Vickie), Simpsonville, Rebecca Cotto (Luis) of Shelbyville and Virginia Tapp of Shelbyville; and her sister Katherine Gaines. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
