He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Morgan and Charlotte Hutchison Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Rae Lynne Morgan; his children, Carlynne Morgan and Dean Moffett (Erica Boling); his brother James Ray Morgan (Debbie) of Shelbyville; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Jeffries (Laura) of New Castle, Janet Stinebruner of Louisville and Joy Royalty (Tim) of New Castle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to assist with medical and funeral expenses.
