He was predeceased by: his parents, George Couch, Sr. and Ethel Caudill Couch Pardue; his wife Deana Dixon Couch; his sons, Gabriel Scott Couch and Carl Couch, Jr.; his stepdaughter April Dawn Dixon; and his siblings, Anna Irene Chapman, Eugene Couch, Javetta Pearl Toia, Ruby Couch, Linda L. McKinney, Clayton Couch and George Couch, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Johnnie Couch, Shawna Couch-Montes of Taylorsville, Melissa Couch-Wayne of Pleasureville and Joshua Clayton Couch, Sr. (Jessica) of Shelbyville; and his sisters, Betty Jo Miller of Pleasureville and Carolyn Sue Clark of Pleasureville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the BIG Spring Cemetery (2043 Taylorsville Rd #2001, Bloomfield, KY 40008).
