She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lister Cleveland and Lucille Hedden Cleveland; and her husband Sherrel Wells. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Payton, Stacy Blank and Cherlynn Cheak; her grandchildren, Michael Cheak, Tyler Cheak, Travis Phillips, Alex Payton and Tara Ann Phillips; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Jameson and Elijah; her sister Sue Campbell; her nephew Burt Hahn; her nieces, Melissa Warner and Marcie Smitha; and her close friend Dianne Rucker.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to First Baptist T.V. Ministry.
