He is survived by: his father Randy Howard (Jody); his grandparents, Stanley Thomas, Joyce Corum and Linda Howard; his siblings, Brandy Thoennes (Kenny), Jordan Howard and BJ Parker (Kathryn); his nieces and nephews, Walker, Paityn, Wyatt Thoennes, Morgan, Jace Howard, Jack and Patrick Grimmich; and his close friend Jessica Hardaway.
In compliance with Governor Andy Beshear's latest Covid-19 restrictions, all service times must be kept private and each service is limited to immediate family and invited guests only, for a total of 25 people.
