She was predeceased by: her father William Donald; her husband Oscar Ethington; her sister Elizabeth Hunt; and her granddaughter Whitney Noel Rankin. She is survived by: her children, Davida Jean Ethington Rankin (Luis Pineda) of Pleasureville, KY, Marla Gail Ethington (Chad Fox) of Pleasureville, KY and David Wayne Ethington (Missy) of Smithfield, KY; and her siblings, Teressa McKee of Frankfort, KY, Beverly Creasey of Shelbyville, KY, Roselyn Ethington of Shelbyville, KY, Patsy Brewer of Pleasureville, KY, Bob Coakley of Colorado, Bill Coakley of Indianapolis, IN, Adam Coakley of Indianapolis, IN, William Coakley of Indianapolis, IN, Wayne Ethington of PLeasureville, KY and Eddie Ethington of Bethlehem, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
