Zemke of Shelbyville; his sons, Arthur E. Zemke (Cynthia) of Reston, VA and John L. Zemke of Louisville; his grandchildren, Ryan Zemke, Bradley Zemke (Raina), Vanessa Zemke, David Lawrence, Scott and Jonathan Saylor; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Ella Zemke.
