It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Bell Howe (Shelbyville, Kentucky), who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yoder Douthitt and Mary Whitaker Douthitt; and her brother Ronald David Douthitt. She is survived by: her former husband Carlton Phillips; her siblings, Ruby Puckett, Grace Woods, Nancy Burge, Delorse Willard, Charles, Ray, Jackie and James; her husband George Lee Howe of Bowling Green; her stepsons, Michael Lee Howe (Cindy) of Bowling Green, Bill L. Howe (Linda) of Bowling Green, Anthony Scott Howe (Nellie) of Frankfort, Gary Wayne Howe (Pam) of Frankfort and Joseph Allen Howe (Kebra) of Morgantown; and her sisters, Darlene Norton (Jerry) of Shelbyville and Mary Francis Kincaid of Louisville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Gideon's International.
