He is survived by: his children, Tammy Martin of Shelbyville, KY and Kevin Howard of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany Elrod (Jacob), Brianna Howard and Austin Howard; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Elrod, Thomas Elrod, Matthew Elrod, Jonathan Elrod, Elijah Elrod, Noah Elrod, Ella Dennis and Jett Mullins; his sisters, Helen Cravens of Cannel City, KY and Kathy Adkins (Garry) of Columbus, OH; and his sister-in-law Janet Howard of Cannel City, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
