He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan "Chace" Adkins and Alyssa Price Adkins; his grandparents, Terri, Phill Adkins, Samantha, David Price, Bryan, Judy Coleman, Donna and Reece Baker; his great-grandparents, Wayne and Alisha Adkins; and his aunts and uncles, Donavan, Dawson, Jackson, Camron, Kirsten and Aaron.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Adkins Memorial Cemetery (0 Second Hill St, Shelbiana, KY 41562).
