She is survived by: her daughters, Ronetta Blake Bartley of Pikeville and Chasta Hope Hatfield (Marty) of Charleston; her brother Ronald Ray Blair (Elizabeth) of Justiceville; and her granddaughter Magnolia Blake Justice.
