He is survived by: his wife Patricia Coleman Hall; his children, Jennifer Charles (Jeremy) of Pikeville, Jessica Williamson (Josh) of Shelbiana, Kentucky and Paul Isaac Martin of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jacob Charles, Jason Charles, Joseph Charles, Jeremiah Charles, Waylon Williamson, Abigail Williamson and Jenson Charles; and his siblings, Rannie Hall of Louisa, Danny Hall of Columbus, Maefern Hicks of Columbus, Gail Johnson of Columbus, Ohio, Host, Carl Edward Hall Jr., Darrell Hall and Gertrude Tackett. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
