He is survived by: his mother Berna Thacker Blackburn; his daughter Sara Elizabeth Blackburn; his brothers, Elmer Timothy Blackburn (Vicky) and Steven Todd Blackburn (Christie); his nephews, Jeremy Blackburn (Amanda), Peyton Blackburn and Tyler Smith (Katie); his niece Hanna Blackburn; his great-nephew Logan Blackburn; and his great-niece Haleigh Blackburn.
