With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Billiter of Shelbiana, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Merlin "Justice" Billiter and Paul Billiter; his brothers-in-law, Todd Prater and David Prater; and his father-in-law Kenis Palmer Prater.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Billiter; his son Anthony David Robinson; his siblings, Steve Prater (Dorothy), Kim Parker and Belinda Prater; his mother-in-law Juanita Prater; and his special baby girl Enzley Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
