She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Edward and Frances Randolph McGraw; her brothers, James Edward McGraw and Jeffrey Palmer McGraw; her son Randolph Neff (Deborah); and her grandson Christopher Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Davis Neff (Bill); her children, Rhonda Neff Quintana (Frank), Richard D. Neff (Karran) and Roxanne L. Neff; her grandchildren, Corey Neff, Wayne Neff, Brandon Neff, Melissa Hole and Frank Quintana; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn Neff, Hunter Neff, Aimee Neff, Jaina Neff, Robby Benson, Raelyn Hole, Crue Neff and Callan Neff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
