He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Belcher and Maudie Belcher (Adkins); his wife Melster Collins Belcher; and his brother Otto Belcher. He is survived by: his son Gabriel Joseph Belcher; and his sisters, LaVern Ratliff of Elkhorn City and Dolores Hounshell (Ken) of Lexington.
