He is survived by: his wife Diana Robinson Thacker; his children, James Garfield Thacker (Jerri) of Pompey, Eric Tyler Thacker of Georgetown, Sherry Lynn Miracle (Kevin) of Pompey and Christine Damron (Steven) of Little Creek; his siblings, Frank Thacker Jr. of Pompey, A. B, Donnie Lee Thacker of Pompey, Joe Vanus Thacker of Pompey, Alice Thacker of Pompey and Berna Blackburn of Pompey; and his grandchildren, Briana Miracle, Linsey Miracle, Jacob Thacker, Jalyn Thacker and Eric Tyler Thacker.
