She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene J. Shirley; and her brothers, Elmer Ratliff, Bob Ratliff and Vernon Ratliff. She is survived by: her children, Rita Ann Wendelgast (Kelly) and Robert; her granddaughter Kelli Ann Wendelgast; her siblings, John Ratliff (Judy), Simon Ratliff, Harlan Ray Ratliff, Harry Glenn Ratliff (Emma Sue), Joan Epling (Jimmy), Mary Lois Thacker (Richard) and Marie Chapman; and also Dyer.
