He was predeceased by: his parents, Emzy Rogers and Dorothy "Tootsie" Ray Hall; and his brother Carl Rogers. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Stanley Rogers; his children, Trina Allen (Ronnie), Terry Rogers (Kathi), Dana Mulkey (Keith), Lacy Anderson (Daniel) and Tyson Ace Miller; and his sisters, Pauline Taylor and Shelby Steele. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
