He was predeceased by: his father Donald Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Diana Adkins; his wife Lisa "Bentley" Adkins; his children, Breanna Adkins, Christopher Logan Adkins and Christian Boley; and his sisters, Tina Adkins (Bill Justice) and Dorothy Adkins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home on behalf of Christopher Adkins.
