She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie "Bill" Robinson and Mabel Marie Kendrick Robinson; her husband John Wesley Fields; her son John Wayne Fields; and her sisters, Anita Gaye Robinson and Linda Kaye Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Maria Fields, Tammy Marie Blackburn and Billy Joe Blackburn (Patricia); her grandchildren, Courtney Bartley, Samantha Peyton, Malakia Brown, Dakota Brown, Lydia Brown, Justin Brown, Alicia Richards, Kayla Bartley, Tiffany Helton, Mary Woods and John "Little Johnny" Fields; and her brother Willie Ronald Robinson (Debbie). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
