He is survived by: his son Scotty Tapp of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Ethan Tapp of Paris and Kyleigh Tapp of Georgetown; his sisters, Kathryn White of Sharpsburg and Patricia Dyer of Sharpsburg; and his partner's children, Benjamin and Claire. He is also survived by his family and friends.
