He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Lacy Hatton; and his wife Patricia "Patty" Pendleton Hatton. He is survived by: his children, Anthony McCarty (Magali) of Carrollton, KY, Tammy Henderson (Larry) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Tonya Duncan (Brackstan) of Winchester, KY; his grandchildren, Joshua McCarty, Caleb McCarty, Hannah McCarty, Delaney Gannon (Logan), Kayla Clark (Robert), Logan Henderson, Jon-Claude Henderson, Clay Duncan, Brack Duncan, Lacee Hench (Carter), Sophie Duncan, Tiara Duncan, Octavia Duncan, Neisha Duncan and Coltin Duncan; his great grandchildren, Spencer Gannon, Austin Clark, Abbey Clark, Paisleigh Clark, Harper Clark, Sienna Henderson and Saylor Rogers; his brother-in-law Sidney Pendleton, Jr.; and his caregiver David Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
