He was predeceased by: his sister Della Rae Conyers. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Bailey and Jennifer Bailey Griffin; his grandson Dallan Griffin; and his siblings, Peggy Fryman, Allen Turner Bailey and William Alfred Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that contributions be made to Sharpsburg Christian Church or Bath County Girls Basketball.
