She is survived by: her sons, Teddy Eugene Blackburn (Sherry) of Sharpsburg and Jonathan Michael Blackburn; her grandchildren, MaKayla Leigh Blackburn, Jack Michael Blackburn, Jayci White and Hilton White; her siblings, Lucian "Ricky" Meade of Pikeville, Judy (Ron Ledford) of Paint Lick and Karen (John Blackburn) of Pikeville; and also Geraldine Meade of Pikeville, Kentucky..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Son Funeral Home (703 Hambley Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blackburn Cemetery (98 W Helena Ave, Pikeville, KY 41501).
