It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bowles of Sharpsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Henry Bowles and Maggie Bashford Bowles; his wife Phyllis White Bowles; and his daughter Karen Bowles. He is survived by: his daughters, Ramona Bowles of Sharpsburg and Anita Haney (Wenford) of Sharpsburg; his grandchildren, John Paul Haney, Jared Haney and Jessica Copher; and his great grandchildren, Jenna Haney, Jaylee Haney and Ella Haney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
