He is survived by: his wife Nancy LaNell Johnson Manley; his children, Melissa Manley, Timmy of Sharpsburg, Steven of Sharpsburg and Kevin Manley of Sharpsburg; his grandchildren, Johnny, Jaylynn, Joseph, Ian, Justin, Evan, Emily, Christian Manley and Jackie Taylor Smith; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Charlie Ray Manley; and his sisters, Phylis Ingram (Ronnie) of Taylorsville and Patty Stafford (Dudley) of Camargo, Kentucky..
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Longview Cemetery.
