He was predeceased by: his parents, Odust Trusty and Dorothy Trusty; and his brothers, Jack Trusty and Ray Douglas Trusty. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Leach Trusty; his children, Jessica Marie Trusty and Joshua Douglas Trusty; his siblings, Mike Trusty, Randall Trusty, Phyllis Casebolt and Thelma Howard; and his grandchildren, Caden Muncie, Logan Trusty, Josh Trsuty Jr., Camon Trusty and Jackson Cassidy.
