She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Douglas Manley and Rosie Jewell Welch Manley; her husband Omer "Mousie" Crouch; her daughter Brenda Crouch; and her siblings, Raymond Manley, Paul Reed, Mary Alice Compton, Lena Hunt, Ruth Warner, Pauline Curtis, Maxine Henderson, Emma Mae Hatton and Lizzie Welch.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Crump (Shawn) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Daniel Crump (Jennifer) of Ashland and Kaylee Sturgill (Odis) of Ashland; and her great grandchildren, Delanie Crump, Darcie Crump, Aubrie Crump and Hudson Sturgill of Ashland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
