She is survived by: her children, Adam Farmer (Kirsten) of Mayfield, KY, Dustin Farmer (Brigette) of Mayfield, KY and Sarah Elizabeth Farmer of Mayfield, KY; and her siblings, Larry Perry (Kaye) of Sedalia, KY, David Perry (Angela) of Tri City, KY, Sheila Perry of Sedalia, KY and Deborah Leech of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
