He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Heath of Sedalia, KY and Stephen Lee of Bardwell, KY; his son Zane Norris Lee of Nashville, TN; his sister Camey Wray (Randy) of Murray, KY; and his half-sisters, Suprene Riggs (Johnny) of LaCenter, KY, Twila Hodges of LaCenter, KY and Ashley Puckett of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
