He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lois Tynes Frazier; his granddaughter LeAnna Michelle Smith; and his grandparents, Mary Ellen, John A. Tynes, Homer and Lottie Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Wesley (Mike Smith) of Clinton, KY and Shawn Frazier (Caroline) of Wingo, KY; his father Joe Frazier of Sedalia, KY; and his grandchildren, Destiny and Jacob Wesley.
