He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn Nolin Snow; his children, Jackie Mills and Susan Ramsey; his brothers, John Snow and David Snow; and his parents, Willard Snow and Elizabeth Johnson Snow Cates.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Mills of Murray, KY, Tommy Mills of Palmdale, FL, Pamela Smith (John) of Mayfield, KY and Jennifer Yonts of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, William Snow (Jackie) of South Fulton, TN and Martha Hyde (Ken) of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
