He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Alderdice (Eric Weatherford) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Thomas James Staples of Mayfield, KY, Hunter Lee Staples of Mayfield, KY and Adalynn Nichole Staples of Mayfield, KY; and his sisters, Debora Jo Davis, Velvet Jean Wilson of Murray, KY and Pamela June Smith of Golo, KY. He is also survived by 8 nieces & nephews.
