He is survived by: his wife Helen Kay Perry; his children, Jesse Perry (Kristina) of Sedalia, KY, Cassa Gossum (Mitchell Knight) of Wingo, KY and Kady Perry of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Owen Taylor Perry, Sadie Rose Perry, Kady Perry and Kourteney Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Kaylyn Ashton, Carter Edwards, Ellie Edwards, Mitchell Knight, Kady Perry, Kourteney Edwards, Owen Perry and Sadie Perry.
