He is survived by: his wife Linda Simonds Collins; his children, Christopher Collins of Murray, KY, James Collins (Lisa) of Farmington, KY and Kim Collins (Cory) of Sedalia, KY; his siblings, Charles Collins (Gerry) of Maryville, TN and Brenda Griffin of Maryville, TN; and his grandchildren, Michael Phillips, Justin Phillips, Brittany Swatzell, Tiffany Carson, Kylie Smith and Lane Smith. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
