He is survived by: his wife Shirley Guthrie Coltharp; his children, Brian Coltharp (Kim) of Sedalia, KY and Connie Coltharp O'Niell (Tim) of Sedalia, KY; and his siblings, Donald Coltharp (Linda) of Farmington, KY, Bobby Ed Coltharp of Sedalia, KY and Cathy Coltharp Sheppard (John) of Farmington, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
