"Tony" Howell (Kristie) and Shelley Morton (Chris Gilliam); his sister Ruth Ann Howell; his grandchildren, Korey Howell (Josh King), Lesley Kemper (Gavin), Zachary Payton (Samantha) and Aliyah Gilliam; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell King and William M. Kemper.
