With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommie Oglesby of Sebree, Kentucky, born in Nortonville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Herschel Oglesby and Bessie Oglesby (Davis); his wife Freda Oglesby; his sisters, Connie Oglesby and Hilda Bullock; his grandchild Lauren Oglesby; and his great grandchildren, Lillie and Carmen Cavanaugh.
He is survived by : his children, Brad Oglesby (Pam) of Henderson and Penny Gibson (Steve) of Henderson; his grandchildren, Jasemine Eckels (Dylan), Stephany Wright (Justin), Candace Oglesby, Haley Inge (Sterling), Rebecca Oglesby, Lindsay Johnson (Chris) and Joe Sutton (Darcy); his great grandchildren, Tinsley Eckels, Lyndin Eckels, Landon Wright, Mason Wright, Brady McClure, Nora Myers, Emersyn Inge, Abel Inge, Avery Sutton and Beau Sutton; his siblings, Durwood Oglesby (Linda) of Lexington, Billy Wayne Oglesby (Sarah) of Dawson Springs, Ronnie Dean Oglesby (Louann) of Newburgh, IN and Diane McGuire (Jesse) of Crofton; and also Cathy Gray. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
