She was predeceased by: her father Maurice Floyd; and her brother Robert Floyd. She is survived by: her mother Annette Floyd (Ortiz) of Sebree; her daughter Emily (Kyle Baird); her grandchildren, Katelynn and Bryar Baird; her pet Bella; her siblings, Karen Parker (Robert) of Sebree, KY and Raymond "Skipper" Floyd of Sebree, KY; her niece Megan Scott (Joshua); her nephew Justin Floyd of Sebree, KY.; and her close friend Terri (Edwards). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
