We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2020, at the age of 79, Shirley Ann Sugg (Sebree, Kentucky), born in Slaughters, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ann Sugg to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Forker and Mabel Forker; and her siblings, Jewell Foster, Dean Sisk, Loretta Crowley, Helen Tompkins, Raymond Forker and William Forker.

She is survived by : her daughters, Remona Cummings (Terry) and Lisa Proctor (Bobby); her sisters, Jonelle Stone, Katherine Hook and Barbara Hibbs; and her grandchildren, Pamela Boyken, Terry Cummings, Elizabeth Allen and George Proctor. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
