He was predeceased by : his father Maurice Nelson Floyd. He is survived by : his son Justin Floyd of Sebree, KY; his mother Annette "Annie" Floyd (Hampton) of Sebree; and his siblings, Teresa Cole of Sebree, Karen Parker (Robert) of Sebree and Skip Floyd of Sebree.
