He is survived by: his mother Joyce Harrell of Dixon, KY; his daughter Dixie Lee Harrell of Rome, Georgia; his sister Terry Harrell of Newburgh, IN; his aunt Venius Harper of Hampton, Virginia; and his niece Taylor Harrell of Newburgh, IN.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
